Shop Policies

Thank you for visiting my shop! All of my hand-crafted items are designed and made in my smoke-free, dog-friendly studio. My items are made to order, therefore I have a two week turnaround time. 


The majority of my listed items are made upon order, and I have a two week turnaround time.

U.S. Orders

I ship USPS Priority, First Class, or Parcel Post (for heavy, large orders). USPS Priority includes insurance and tracking, and it generally takes one to three days for your package to arrive. USPS First Class includes light insurance and tracking and generally takes five to seven days to arrive. Parcel Post packages take seven to ten days to arrive.

International Orders

Please note: You are responsible for any of your country’s Customs Fees. To remain ethical in my business practices, I will not mark international shipments as a “gift” unless it is a gift, as this is against the law. I ship via USPS First Class International, which takes anywhere from ten to thirty-five days to arrive. There may be Customs hold ups that are beyond my control. Please contact your local Post Office and/or Customs Office to inquire if your package is being held for Customs fees. Tracking is sometimes available depending on the destination.

Lost/Damaged by the Post Office

If you have not received your package in the given time frame, please send me a message. In the event of a lost or damaged package, it may be in your best interest to contact your local post office as quickly as possible. While I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items by the shipping carrier, I will try my best to work with you to resolve the issue.

Returned Mail

I will be shipping to your confirmed PayPal address unless you tell me otherwise. Please check your address to make sure there are no errors; I am not responsible if I am given the wrong address. If a package is returned to me because the address provided was incorrect, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to re-mail the item. I will contact you for the correct address, and the shipping fee will need to be paid before I will send the package again.

Shipping During the Holiday Season

Shipping times increase during the holiday season, which is why I recommend placing your order at least 1-2 months before your holiday.

If there is any error on my part, I will do everything in my power to make amends, including paying any additional shipping fees incurred. 


I currently accept payment through Stripe and PayPal. Please follow the on-screen prompts when you order. If you have any problems with the order process, please let me know.

Refunds & Exchanges

I’m happy to accept exchanges for non-wearable items you feel were described incorrectly or grossly misrepresented. If you want to exchange your item, you will be responsible for shipping back the item and you will also be responsible for cost of shipping of having the item re-sent. I do not provide refunds. I’m sure you will be happy with my workmanship, but if you have any issues please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Many of my items have buttons or other small pieces attached, which can present a choking hazard for infants and young children. Please use your discretion as I will not become liable for any incidents.
